Anti Bribery-Corruption Policy
RMS Synergy Sdn Bhd has a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of bribery and corruption. We commit to the highest standards of integrity, openness, and accountability.

This policy applies to all RMS employees, including contract, temporary, short-term, interns, and secondment staff. It also covers suppliers, customers, vendors, agents, contractors, and other third parties acting on RMS's behalf.

RMS provides clear procedures for employees to report improper conduct, with protections in place to ensure no retaliation for reporting.

Bribery, in any form, is strictly forbidden. This includes money, goods, services, property, privileges, employment, or preferential treatment. Employees and associated third parties must not offer, give, receive, or solicit anything of value to influence business decisions improperly.

All parties involved with RMS must comply with this policy to avoid conflicts of interest that could damage the company's reputation. Everyone is responsible for adhering to our anti-bribery and anti-corruption principles.

RMS ensures no one will face demotion, penalty, or other adverse consequences for refusing to engage in bribery or corruption. This protection holds even if such refusal leads to business loss or operational delays.
